Since I was 11 years old I’ve kept a journal, and as the years have gone by I’ve written in them less and less frequently.  In the last year, I’ve written only twice in my journal, once before the birth of my child, and once since then.

I miss the act of writing and musing about myself and my life over the last 23 years – and having a record of what I thought and felt (for example about my husband when we were “just friends” in 1994) and what my daily activities were.    I hope this blog will inspire me to write more frequently than I have been.
